Gina Roe, Executive Director
With over 20 years experience in the creation and preservation of affordable housing, Ms. Roe brings both technical knowledge and a wealth of professional resources to the organization. Her career began at the Missouri Housing and Development Commission in 1980, moving to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority in 1984, where she advanced to become Manager of Loan Production within the Rental Finance Division. Ms. Roe assumed her current role in October 2001.

Educational development includes studies in Psychology and Pre-med at Northwest Missouri State University; Accounting and Finance with emphasis in Real Estate at Metropolitan State College of Denver; Property Management through the Institute of Real Estate Management; and, Management and Leadership through the Neighborhood Reinvestment Institute. Ongoing involvements include seminar facilitator and participant for Colorado Housing NOW and National Associations of Housing Officials, and committee membership with Rural Development Division of the USDA, Larimer County Affordable Housing Coalition and Colorado Housing Trust Fund.

Joe Rowan, Manager, Loan Programs
Progressing from the position of Loan Officer through ownership of a full service retail mortgage brokerage divested in 2000, Mr. Rowan offers extensive knowledge of financial structure and loan production. Through private-sector experience originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring consumer and construction finance portfolios, he has demonstrated the ability to strengthen existing programs while introducing market-driven innovations.

Educational development includes a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University and Multi-Family Development Finance through The National Development Council. Ongoing involvement includes membership on the Local Legislative Affairs Committee of the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce.

 

Board of Trustees

Funding Partners was formed through the collaborative efforts of local affordable housing stakeholders. These stakeholders, which include local government, real estate and housing industries, employers, citizens, non-profit housing providers and financial institutions, are represented on our Board of Trustees.

All Board members are personally committed to the issue of affordable housing and voluntarily lend their skills and expertise to ensure the successful development and operation of our community's affordable housing fund. All Trustees serve a one-year term, elected annually, without limitation as to the number of consecutive terms served.

Patrick Brady, President - President, FirstBank of Northern Colorado. Ten years in banking and education concentrating in finance and real Estate.

Kathay Rennels, Vice President - Larimer County Commissioner, District 1

Donna Taub, Secretary - Vice President, First National Bank of Fort Collins. Twenty years experience in commercial and residential real estate finance.

Randy Myers, Treasurer - Chief Financial Officer, Neenan Company. Specializes in commercial real estate development/financing.

Linda Norton, Immediate Past President - REALTOR, Coldwell Banker. Past President, Ft. Collins Board of Realtors. Director, Colorado Association of Realtors. Ten years in real estate sales with a specialty in affordable housing. Winner of the 2002 National Real Estate Magazine Good Neighbor Award for her dedicated work in affordable housing.

Mary Carraher - Founder & Executive Director, Project Self Sufficiency. Provides supportive services to very low income families wishing to gain independence from public assistance.

Beth Rosen - Program Director, Neighbor to Neighbor, Inc. Nine years experience implementing and administering programs for this Fort Collins-based private non-profit.

Rodger Hara - Director, Prudential Huntoon Paige. Over 25 years experience in affordable housing.

Mindy Klowden - Executive Director, Colorado Affordable Housing Partnership. Dedicated to making affordable housing a reality through education, networking, increased public awareness and advocacy.

Kathy McCormick - Principal, McCormick & Associates. Housing market studies, research, and analysis.

Betty Lou Swift - Retired, Fourteen years of experience as commissioner on the Denver Housing Authority serving 9 years as chair.
