- FP Down Payment Assistance Program

- City of Fort Collins H.E.L.P.(Home Efficiency Loan Program)
The H.E.L.P. program is designed for current Fort Collins Utility customers, giving them the ability to capture the benefits of improved energy efficiency in their homes. The Modification Assistance Program offers a maximum of $50,000 in assistance in the form of a loan to reduce the principal balance of a homeowner�s first mortgage, enabling a loan modification for those in eminent threat of foreclosure.
