FHLBank employs approximately 160 people and is located in Topeka , Kansas.

The Affordable Housing Advisory Council meets with representatives of the Bank’s board of directors and advises the Bank on low- and moderate-income housing needs and programs within the district.  The 12-member Council is comprised of housing practioners and community representatives active within 10th District of the FHLBank system.
