Fort Collins, CO, April 26, 2011 � Funding Partners (FP), a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution, has executed a service contract with the City of Loveland to conduct the origination of all Deed Restrictions for the City�s affordable housing programs.

On behalf of the City of Loveland Community Partnership Development Office, Funding Partners provides information to families earning 80% or less of the area median income (AMI), who are purchasing permanently affordable homes within Loveland�s city limits. �Eligible properties are determined by the City of Loveland following the approval of the Affordable Housing Program application submitted by the property�s developer.

The City of Loveland�s Affordable Housing Program offers benefit to both the homeowner and the homebuilder.� Local residents entering into home ownership benefit from access to affordable home options; while the homebuilder is eligible for fee waivers, expedited review process with the City, and allowances for modifications to the site including landscape and setback requirements.� Funding Partners is excited to be a part of this local partnership opportunity that incorporates public, private and non-profit agencies working together to benefit our local community.
