Eagle County established a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program in 1998 to offer a solution to the problem for entry level homebuyers who lack the sufficient funds for a down payment to purchase a home. These programs were designated to provide assistance to persons who live and work in Eagle County. These programs are available through Funding Partners loan servicing.
