Progressing from the position of Loan Officer in consumer finance in 1989 through ownership of a full service retail mortgage brokerage divested in 2000, Mr. Rowan offers extensive knowledge of financial structure and loan production. Through private-sector experience originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring consumer and construction finance portfolios, he has demonstrated the ability to strengthen existing programs while introducing market-driven innovations.

Mr. Rowan joined FP in 2001 as Senior Loan Officer and immediately developed a comprehensive Loan Policies & Procedures manual that has guided all lending activity. Integrating production and management systems has allowed the organization to grow an under-performing $5 million loan pool into a combined revolving fund in excess of $8 million, with an additional $2 million under management from lending sources.

Drawing from her experience as operations manager for an international homeopathic company and significant experience managing office and accounting functions within the medical field, Ms. Murphree oversees all financial reporting requirements for the organization. In addition, she has integrated numerous applications into more concise systems to greatly improve the integrity, utility and readability of activity detail. Enhancements to operational efficiency have allowed the organization to expand services without reciprocal increases to the expense budget.

With significant experience in mortgage lending as co-owner of a local brokerage with her husband, Ms. Ealey offers substantial capacity for managing workflow, compliance monitoring and reporting, portfolio maintenance and operations management. Her primary responsibility includes oversight of origination, underwriting, settlement and post-closing maintenance for all consumer finance products.
