Program Benefits:

• Loan term up to 10 years
• Amortization up to 30 years
• Fixed interest
• Single Advance or Revolving Credit Line
• Property Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Construction or Organizational Working Capital
  

Eligibility:

• Project site must be located within select rural counties
• Secured by residential or commercial real estate
• Maximum loan amount limited to $200,000 or 75% of total project cost, whichever is less
• Community facilities & residential projects
• Benefits households at or below 80% Area Median Income
• For-profit, non-profit or quasi-public entities are eligible
